Shipping & Delivery
This page explains how and when Pivot Bearings sends out orders. All orders are sent from our base in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
Order processing & dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. We don't dispatch at weekends or on UK bank holidays. UK orders go by Royal Mail. International orders go by a tracked service from Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or FedEx, chosen for your country. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
UK delivery
Tracked delivery on every UK order, charged by the total weight of your order. Most orders of bearings, balls and bushings are in the first band. Usually delivered 3–5 working days after you order. We don't offer a guaranteed next-day service.
| Order weight | Price |
|---|---|
| Up to 250 g | £3.99 |
| 250 g – 2 kg | £4.99 |
| Over 2 kg | £7.99 |
The same price applies across the whole UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and the Isles of Scilly.
International delivery prices
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order. As a guide: a few small or miniature bearings, or a pack of loose balls, are in the first column; a larger order or bigger bearings (such as the 6000 and 30200 series) may be in the second or third. Prices are in pounds (GBP); checkout shows them in your own currency.
Duties paid: nothing to pay on delivery
For these countries, any import duty is worked out for your order and shown as a separate Duties line at checkout, so you see the full cost before you pay. Import VAT or GST is included in our prices. We send your parcel duties paid, so the courier will not ask you for anything when it arrives.
