Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pivot Bearings. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked / Standard

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail service disruptions or peak seasonal volumes.

3. Holiday Exclusions

Please note that "business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on or immediately before a public holiday may take longer to arrive as Royal Mail does not collect or deliver on these days.

Common excluded holidays include:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Good Friday & Easter Monday

  • May Bank Holidays

  • August Bank Holiday

  • Christmas Day & Boxing Day

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pivot Bearings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at info@pivotbearings.co.uk. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
